Alaskan Care Package

Hi Everyone, it's been awhile since my last post. I'm sorry about that as it's been a little crazy at the Barr household. Mom and Dad have been busy with with work, Mom was in NYC last weekend, Dad's heading to Idaho this weekend and I've been working hard trying to crawl, talking and eating lots of fruits and vegetables! Daddy told Mommy the other day that if I don't stop eating so much, we may have to take out a second mortgage :-) What's a mortgage by the way?

Today I arrived home to a care package from my Nana Banana. Nana Banana and Pappy just got back from an Alaskan cruise this past week and picked me up this really cool book on the bears in Alaska. Mommy told me all about their trip, where to find Alaska on the globe and how Alaska is part of the non-contiguous United States. I can't wait to read it and learn more! Oh who am I kidding, Daddy or Mommy will read it and I just sit back and listen. One day I'll be able to read it though.

Well, gotta run.... it's banana and apple time :-)

Love,
Emerson

Emerson,

You are growing way too fast! I sure do like the book your Nana gave you. I'll bet she got you that hat, too! She loves you so much and I know she misses you as much as I do.

Be a good boy and know that your Gram loves you bunches.

Hi Peanut,
I love the hat. your mom is so fashionable and she keeps you hip to the fashion world. You have a surprised look on your face. Is it the fact you couldn't believe your Nana could send you such a cool book. You'd be surprised the cool things Nana has in store for you.
I love and miss you. kisses all over your sweet cheeks. Love nana banana.

Emerson, are you getting up on all four's? How exciting!!!! We'll get to see you crawling when we are there in October. Your Alaskan book looks like a fun book. Your grandparents are thinking alike about you. We went shopping and bought you 5 books to bring with us when we come see you in October for the big event, then came home to this blog. Can't wait to see you and get to hold you!!!!!
We love you lots,
