I got the fever for the flavor...

and no I'm not talking about Will Smith's song "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It". I'm talking about FLAVOR ICE. Yesterday Auntie Michelle invited us over for a good ole Fourth of July BBQ. While we were waiting for the grill to warm up, Auntie Michelle introduced me to what might possibly be the best summer treat ever! That's right folks, I'm talking about Flavor Ice. Mommy was a little skeptical but I took to this frozen treat like a true pro. Daddy and Mommy remembered their childhood days eating Flavor Ice also. Most especially, they recalled how they ate so many that the sides of their mouths had cuts from the plastic wrappers.

Daddy took some snapshots below of my first Flavor Ice experience (I'm hoping that these photos might make it to my baby book). To all you Flavor Ice lovers out there.... here's to you!

Love,
Emerson
"Yeah, this is what I'm talking about.... Flavor Ice, a good movie, and BBQ"

"Can you believe that Auntie Michelle is letting me eat this on her couch.... BTW Mom was a nervous wreck the entire time... I loved it!"

"Flavor Ice feels good on my teeth that are coming in too!"

" I better savor these last couple of bites, Mommy says that too many of these might spoil my dinner"

Your mom loved those pops also. See you do get some things from mom. Can't wait to see you. We'll have to find something else you like or at least something else your mom doesn't want you to try. Tee Hee Love Nana Banana

Emerson is really cute while eating such Flavor Ice. Looks like he really liked the treat.

Also, I never thought that Flavor Ice is good for the teeth. When we're young, eating Flavor Ice is one of the most enjoyable eating activity with my cousins. Now that were teenagers, we no longer eat flavor ice. My cousin, Kirsten, had an accident last week while having a dance practice. Her tooth was broken, so she was brought to the nearest dentist office to repair it and ease the pain.

It turns out that she was brought to one of the best cosmetic dentists, Las Vegas area. She really like the way her tooth was repaired by one of the dentists. Las Vegas, Nevada is home to the best dentists in the Nevada area, I must say. I can see Kirsten now with a huge smile! Thanks for the nice post!
